Our BBQ food truck is perfect for family reunions, private parties, and special occasions. We offer a variety of pit-smoked meats, including brisket, BBQ chicken, turkey, sausages, and ribs, along with a selection of delicious sides. We take pride in our generational expertise and commitment to quality, ensuring every dish is freshly made and bursting with flavor.
Hazel’s Back Porch offers a variety of catering services. When placing an order, you can choose from the following options:
Pick Up: Collect your order from us at a time that works best for you.
Delivery: Can't make it to us? We can deliver your order to you! This service includes a delivery charge of $45.00 within a 20-mile radius. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside this radius.
Drop Off / Set Up: This is one of our most popular services. We deliver your food hot and ready to serve. Hazel’s will provide and set up chafing racks, Sterno fuel, cutlery, plates, napkins, serving utensils, and condiments for your order. This service costs $75.00.
Full Catering: With our full catering service, we take care of everything: our staff will set up the buffet and serve the entrées and desserts. At Hazel’s, we include everything in one price, with no additional fees or automatic service charges. We provide cutlery, plates, napkins, condiments, and staff to maintain the buffet.
There are NO additional charges for plates, cutlery, or napkins. There are NO charges for maintaining the buffet or for additional staff.
